These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Since Excellere Technologies provides web development, the products(websites, android & iphone apps, software etc.) are intangible goods and hence can be delivered over the internet only. The tentative timeline for the delivery of the final product will be discussed with the client beforehand.
There are no delivery costs as the product(s) will be delivered over the internet.
The development process has been divided into several parts. The initial part is to provide our client with a blueprint of the final product. If the client refuses to go ahead with the services after receiving a blueprint, we refund the entire amount that the client has paid till then. Our client can refuse to go ahead with the project if he/she/company is not happy with the services at any stage even after agreeing to the blueprint. But in that case a partial refund will be processed for the time and effort that has been put by the development team.
Excellere Technologies Pty Ltd will happily help all the clients who have issues with their products within the next 6 months of the delivery. This includes minor adjustments like help with hosting, adding/removing plug-ins, minor edits to the software etc.
